11-Month Home Warranty Inspections
Builder Warranty Inspections
Protect your investment before your builder’s warranty runs out.

Protect Your Investment
Most new construction homes come with a one-year builder's warranty. While that may sound reassuring, many houses are built quickly—often by multiple subcontractors—making it easy for issues to be missed.
An 11-month home warranty inspection gives you a final opportunity to identify defects, workmanship issues, and safety concerns before your builder’s responsibility ends.
This inspection allows you to present documented findings to the builder and request repairs while they are still obligated to fix them—saving you time, stress, and money.
