How much does a home inspection cost in Las Vegas?
The cost of a Las Vegas home inspection depends mainly on square footage and home age. At Absolute Home Inspections, drone and thermal imaging are included.
How long does a home inspection take?
Most home inspections take about 2-4 hours. Larger or older homes take longer, and every inspection ends with a walk-through of the findings.
When will I get my inspection report?
You'll receive your full digital report the same day as your inspection, with photos, videos, and color-coded findings you can share with your agent or builder.
Should I attend my home inspection?
You don't have to attend the whole inspection, but we recommend joining at the end for a walk-through of the findings and time to ask questions.
Absolute Home Inspections was extremely detailed in the inspection. He took 2 hours to inspect all aspects of the home. He went over every concern he felt that needed to be addressed and color coded each one as to the degree of importance to fix. Jason is a true professional and takes his job seriously. As a Master Inspector, he charges a little more, but it’s worth every penny to make sure you get the best possible inspection on your home.
